Michael J. DeLaurentis Named Counsel to Firm
Kulzer & DiPadova, P.A. is pleased to announce that Michael J. DeLaurentis will now be of counsel to the firm.
Mr. DeLaurentis received his law degree from Yale University and is a member of the Pennsylvania and California bars, and is licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court. Mr. DeLaurentis handles matters involving corporate, partnership, and nonprofit transactions, and has particular expertise in U.S. taxation of international investments and transactions.
