William H. Dungey III is an associate with the firm. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Dungey earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School in New York, New York, graduating with a concentration in business law. Mr. Dungey is currently pursuing his Tax LLM at New York University.
Since obtaining his law degree in 2019, Mr. Dungey has clerked for Judge Mark Cimino in the Tax Court of New Jersey and has worked at 2 respected law firms throughout the region. Mr. Dungey’s practice is concentrated on business and succession planning, business transactions, state and local tax, and tax litigation.
Mr. Dungey is a member of the NJSBA Young Lawyers division where he has previously served as the Chair and Co-Chair of the Wills For Heroes Committee. Mr. Dungey is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the U.S. Supreme Court
