Associate
Solaris A. Power, J.D., M.S.W., LL.M. is an associate with the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Power was an associate at Lynnette E. Brennan, Attorney At Law, LLC, in Ocean County, New Jersey, specializing in estate litigation in probate and equity courts, along with honing her expertise in guardianships and estate planning, including irrevocable and special needs trusts. Ms. Power has continued her work in these areas at Kulzer & DiPadova and earned her LL.M. and Estate Planning Certificate from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
She is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. Ms. Power earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, graduating as a Rubin Public Interest Honor Society Fellow. While obtaining her J.D., she also completed the integrated Trial Advocacy Program and later served as a Teaching Assistant within that same program.
Prior to law school, Ms. Power obtained a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice, also in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, concentrating on economic and social policy issues for seniors. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, at the University of Maryland, College Park campus, concentrating in counseling psychology.
During law school, Ms. Power was a law clerk at The Beasley Law Firm, LLC , clerked for The Honorable Luis Felipe Restrepo, in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and served on the Elder Law Judicial Task Force writing committee for the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.
