Michael Kulzer Named Camden County Professional Lawyer of the Year
Kulzer & DiPadova founding shareholder, Michael A. Kulzer, was named the 2016 Harvey M. Mitnick Camden County Professional Lawyer of the Year. This distinction is awarded to an attorney who is well recognized in the community for character and competence, respected by all, and is considered a model of professional behavior. Mike will receive his award on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at an annual awards luncheon for the NJ Commission on Professionalism in the Law.
Mr. Kulzer earned his J.D. degree at the Rutgers University School of Law, where he was awarded the Prentice Hall Award for outstanding performance in the area of taxation. He earned his LL.M. in Taxation at New York University.
Mr. Kulzer was named a New Jersey Super Lawyer* in 2005, 2006, 2010, 2013 and 2014. He frequently lectures to business and professional groups in the areas of federal and state taxation and has taught accounting, taxation and business law in undergraduate and graduate programs at Rutgers University. Mr. Kulzer has published various articles for The New Jersey Law Journal.
He is a past President of the Camden County Bar Association and a former Chairman of the Camden County Bar Association’s Section of Taxation.
He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey.
Mr. Kulzer’s particular areas of expertise include estate planning, corporate taxation and business planning.
