Attorney Glenn A. Henkel to Recieve Distinguished Service Award
K&D shareholder, Glenn A. Henkel is this year’s award recipient of the Dorothy G. Black Distinguished Service Award, an award given by the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), Real Property Trust and Estate Law Section. This award recognizes distinguished service to the Trust and Estate part of the Real Property, Trust and Estate law section, the NJSBA’s largest Section. The award will be presented at the Section Annual Membership Dinner, hosted at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick on Tuesday, January 27 at 6PM. Also at the event, Carol J. Truss, Esq. of Gross Truss & Herstik PC will be receiving the Arthur S. Horn Distinguished Service Award for service to the Real Property members. NJSBA members can register for $35 per person. Mr. Henkel was named a Super Lawyer in New Jersey from 2005- 2015, and in many of the years was distinguished as one of the 100 Top Super Lawyers in New Jersey. He is a previous recipient of the Alfred C. Clapp award, another distinguished service award given by the NJSBA.
Mr. Henkel is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and is a member of the Bars of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His particular areas of expertise include complex estate planning, tax-exempt organizations and Probate, Trust and Estate Law.
