New Jersey’s Society of CPAs – 2023 Annual Convention (SALT) Breakout Session
Kulzer & DiPadova’s shareholder James Evans will be participating as a panelist for the state and local tax (SALT) Breakout Session at the 2023 New Jersey’s Society of CPAs Annual Convention. This in-person session is scheduled for Friday, June 16, 2023, at the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The program is hosted by the Society’s State Tax Interest Group. The speakers will discuss what SALT issues are keeping practitioners and clients up at night and examine pivotal state tax developments have taken shape in New Jersey and across the nation, including what’s new in workforce mobility, pass-through entity taxes and Public Law 86-272, New Jersey’s proposed “Convenience of Employer” rule and key changes to New Jersey PTE-BAIT.
