Associate
William H. Dungey III is an associate with the firm. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Dungey earned his J.D. from Cardozo Law School in New York, New York, graduating with a concentration in business law.
Since obtaining his law degree in 2019, Mr. Dungey has clerked for Judge Mark Cimino in the Tax Court of New Jersey and has worked at 2 respected law firms throughout the region where his practice has concentrated on succession planning, property taxation, nonprofit law, state and local tax, and trust and estate litigation and administration. Mr. Dungey is a member of the NJSBA Young Lawyers division where he has previously served as the Chair and Co-Chair of the Wills For Heroes Committee. Mr. Dungey is currently pursuing his Tax LLM.
