Shareholder
Joe is a shareholder with the firm. He has earned his LL.M. in Taxation at Villanova University. He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
Joe is a member of the Bars of the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
In addition to being an attorney, Joe is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
Joe is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Camden County Bar Association, the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey.
Joe served as board member and President of the Society of Financial Service Professionals of Southern New Jersey. Joe also served on the board and as President of the Southwest Jersey Chapter and on the board and as President of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey.
In 2025 Joe was awarded the 2025 Founder’s Award by the Estate and Financial Planning of Southern New Jersey recognizing his years of distinguished service to the estate and financial planning profession.
With a distinguished background in law and accounting, Joe is client-focused offering practical and comprehensive guidance to clients on complex business, estate and tax matters. His particular areas of expertise include employee benefits, estate planning, estate administration and tax-exempt organizations. He also works with the owners of closely held businesses and advises them on business structure, succession planning and sale and purchase transactions.
