Joshua Fisher is an associate attorney with the firm, admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey. Mr. Fisher earned his J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law where he served as President of the Tax & Bankruptcy Society and Co-President of the Jewish Law Students Association. Mr. Fisher also attended Temple University for his undergraduate education where he was a Rosenthal Scholar and a Temple Law Scholar. There, he earned a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the Fox School of Business, majoring in Accounting and minoring in Legal Studies.
In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Fisher is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Prior to attending law school, he spent five years at a large public accounting firm working in the Partnership Tax and Corporate Tax groups.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fisher interned with the Department of Justice at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Fisher is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Camden County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Fisher’s particular areas of concentration include tax compliance, tax planning, business transactions, estate planning and administration, and trust and estate litigation.
