Kulzer & DiPadova, P.A. is pleased to announce the promotions of two senior associates. Daniel L. Mellor and Patrick J. McCormick have been admitted as shareholders in the firm, effective January 1, 2018.

Mr. Mellor earned his J.D. in 2006 at the George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia and his Masters in Taxation in 2010 from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he also received a Certificate in Estate Planning. Mr. Mellor has been published in Tax Notes, and has spoken extensively in recent years on various tax issues. Mr. Mellor specializes in the areas of tax planning, estate planning, and probate litigation. READ BIO
Mr. McCormick earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2008, and his Masters in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McCormick practiced with a large law firm in northern New Jersey. Mr. McCormick specializes in the area of international taxation, and also regularly assists domestic businesses and individuals with all relevant tax matters. Mr. McCormick regularly publishes articles in national tax journals and has given a multitude of national and local presentations on assorted areas of international tax law. Mr. McCormick has been published in Tax Notes International and numerous Thomson Reuters journals, and gives national seminars through Strafford and the Knowledge Group in addition to statewide seminars through the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
