Henkel Appointed Chair of State Bar CLE Committee
K&D shareholder, Glenn A. Henkel was recently appointed Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Advisory Committee for 2017-2018 (with a member term expiring in 2020) on behalf of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA). The committee plays an important role in helping licensed New Jersey lawyers and judges meet their mandatory continuing legal education (CLE) requirements
Mr. Henkel has published numerous articles and frequently lectures at national and local presentations on assorted areas of tax law, including complex estate planning and probate, trust and estate law.
Mr. Henkel is a shareholder in the firm and earned his J.D. degree at Rutgers University School of Law, where he graduated with honors and was awarded the Prentice Hall Award for outstanding performance in the area of taxation. He earned his LL.M. in Taxation at New York University.
